The Lodestar Foundation has a two-part mission: to encourage and support philanthropy, public service and volunteerism in the community-at-large; and to encourage and support collaborations and other long-term cooperative activities among nonprofits working in the same area, in order to eliminate duplication of efforts and increase efficiency in the delivery of services. 

THE LODESTAR GIFT

      In recognition of Whispering Hope Ranch Foundation’s collaborative approach to providing services to a diverse population of children with special needs, The Lodestar Foundation has generously agreed to match donor contributions to Whispering Hope Ranch Foundation dollar-for-dollar for needed furniture, fixtures and equipment. 

Request a catalog and choose one, two or a dozen items that you would like to purchase for Whispering Hope Ranch.  Orders can be taken by phone or fax at the Foundation's office.  Orders placed on or before June 1, 2005 will be matched dollar-for-dollar (up to $50,000) by The Lodestar Foundation.
